GrowthSpace, a New York-based outcome-focused talent development platform provider, raised $25M in Series B funding.
The round, which brought the total amount raised to $44m, was led by Zeev Ventures with participation from M12 and Vertex Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to scale global operations.
Led by CEO Omer Glass, GrowthSpace provides a talent development platform designed to support any development program that clients utilize, including 1:1 and group coaching, internal mentoring, group training and workshops. The system, which leverages a large talent development dataset and network of global experts, can be implemented modularly to address specific requirements or set up as a comprehensive solution, enabling companies to plan and execute various talent development programs. Customers can utilize individual and group coaching, mentoring (internal & external), training, workshops, and lectures. GrowthSpace enables HR and organizational development executives to dynamically allocate resources and funds between different types of programs based on corporate goals and people requirements. This enables a centralized wallet powering a decentralized system that can be driven by each individual and team.
Hundreds of customers currently use the platform including Siemens, Microsoft, EY, Johnson & Johnson, Zoominfo, and Lightspeed.
