Neurolens, a Dallas, TX-based company company commercializing innovative solutions to optimize vision, raised $67M in funding.

The round was led by MVM Partners, with participation from Falcon Vision/KKR, Marshall Wace, and Bluestem Capital. Dr. Eric Bednarski, Partner at MVM, and Dr. Akhilesh Pathipati, Partner at MVM, joined the Neurolens Board of Directors as a part of this financing.

The company intends to use the funds to continue product innovation and growth initiatives.

Led by CEO Pierre Bertrand, Neurolens commercializes technology to improve vision care. With patented Contoured Prism technology, the company provides prescription lenses that go beyond visual acuity to provide comfort for the majority of adults who complain of headaches, neck/shoulder pain and eyestrain when using digital devices, reading or doing detail work. The tech design helps the eyes work together comfortably, bringing the eyes into alignment to relieve painful symptoms.

Technology from Neurolens is only available to Independent Eye Care Providers.
