Magic Games, an Istanbul, Turkey-based mobile games company, raised more than $5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Makers Fund, with participation from Firat Ileri, and Hummingbird Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to grow the team, hiring artists and developers in Istanbul and soon for a second office in Europe.
Founded by Çağrı Öztürk, Rüya Çelikcan and Mert Kasar, Magic Games is building a new genre of casual, multiplayer puzzle games with social features that are integral to their development cycle.
