The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD), an Elgin, IL-based foodservice industry company, acquired Marco Beverage Systems, a Dublin, Ireland-based designer and manufacturer of beverage dispense solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Middleby will further expand its offerings in coffee brewers, cold brew dispense, and a variety of hot, cold and sparkling water dispensers.
Marco Beverage Systems is a designer and manufacturer of energy-efficient beverage dispense solutions. Products include POUR’D cold coffee on tap. The company has annual revenues of $30M with facilities in Dublin, Ireland, and Ningbo, China.
