AbsolutData, a provider of data analytics services to global organizations, has raised $20m in funding from Fidelity Growth Partners India.
The company intends to use the capital to scale up its global delivery presence.
Founded by CEO Dr. Anil Kaul, Sudeshna Datta and Suhale Kapoor, AbsolutData specializes in big data, high end business analytics, predictive modelling, reporting and data management services. The company works with retail, consumer goods, technology and hospitality companies, across US, Europe and Asia Pacific, enhancing their advanced and big data analytics capabilities, and helping them gain real time insights to increase profitability and growth.
In conjunction with the funding, Kabir Narang, Director at Fidelity Growth Partners India, has joined AbsolutData’s Board of Directors.
The company currently employs 275 professionals across offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Gurgaon.
