FE Ingredients, a Toronto, Canada-based distributor of baking supplies and food ingredients in the Ontario market, received an investment from Fulcrum Capital Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
Led by Raymond Lee, President, FE Ingredients (formerly known as Far East Food Products) supplies industrial bakeries, food manufacturers and distributors across Southern Ontario with core ingredients including sugar, flour, starch, oils, yeast, fillings, baking mixes and toppings.
