Accenture (NYSE: ACN) is to acquire Objectivity, a Coventry, UK-based digital engineering firm specializing in cloud and platform development services that help clients accelerate their transformation journey for rapid innovation.
The terms of the transaction – whose completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions – were not disclosed.
Objectivity’s team will join Accenture, bringing additional scale and resources from its operations in the UK, Poland, Germany and Mauritius.
Led by Rob Helle, founder, Objectivity has a team with an extensive experience in platform engineering, cloud native computing and application modernization. They will bolster Accenture’s Cloud First capabilities to help clients tap into more open and adaptable platform models and services in order to accelerate their digital transformation.
