Muscope Cybersecurity Srl, a Milan, Italy-based cybersecurity startup, closed a €800k in funding.
Backers included Primo Ventures SGR S.p.A., through Primo Digital and Primo Digital Parallel Italia, joined by Klecha & Co., a pan-European investment bank, through Cyber K1.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, extend its data analysis efforts to improve the platform, and consolidate its presence across the Italian market.
Founded in 2021 and led by Bruno Cordioli, Muscope Cybersecurity specializes in advancing tech solutions for organizations of any size to comprehend and manage its tech risks. The CYSR platform allows users to value and manage tech risks, quickly and efficiently, via an intuitive dashboard. The system collects, analyzes and measure keys data needed to generate a Cyber Security Rating, which is summarized in an easy to understand numeric index.
CYSR identifies the attack perimeter, and conduct an analysis of potential threats, then products the rating from 0 to 100 based own the current situation, calculate the most probable financial impact, and summarize the overall analysis in a report which takes an overall picture of security levels of the company.
