OfColor, a New York-based provider of a financial wellness platform, received an investment from Financial Finesse Ventures.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to bring its services to the more than 12,000 employers it currently serves, significantly amplifying its own DE&I efforts and scaling its reach and impact.
Led by Yemi Rose, Founder and CEO, OfColor is a financial wellness platform focused on the financial empowerment of employees of color. The company works with enterprises seeking to improve the financial health of this stressed segment of employees, providing fintech tools, culturally relevant content, and financial coaching and therapy with BIPOC coaches. They integrate fintech and finance into a single platform and leverage the combination to improve employee financial health. It helps employers save on benefits, get a recruitment and retention tool, and get program participation and more present employees.
Founded in 2022, Financial Finesse Ventures is fully funded by Financial Finesse— an independent provider of unbiased workplace financial wellness coaching programs.
