Jitty, a London, UK-based provider of an AI-powered property search engine, raised $2m in pre-seed funding.
The round was led by Gradient Ventures, Google’s AI fund, with participation from True., Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company, Angel Invest, Ventures Together, Mozza Angels, Unwritten Capital, Macks Managed Investments, and Sequoia Capital and Atomico scout programs, as well some angels.
The company is using the funds to continue to expand its development efforts.
Co-founded by chief executive Graham Paterson, James Storer and Daniel Cooper, Jitty is building an AI-based property search engine that shows users every thing about every home by reading floor plans and understanding photos and descriptions of places.
