Avtal24, a Stockholm, Sweden-based company that offers online legal services, has raised SEK10m in funding.
The round was led by Industrifonden, which invested SEK6m, with participation from Richard Båge and Magnus Wilkne.
The company intends to use the new capital for expansion in Sweden and abroad (under the name Agreement24).
Led by Magnus Stein, CEO, Avtal24 provides phone and online legal services for individuals and businesses, including advice and documents such as wills, gift deeds and stockholders agreements. It offers a “digital attorney” in the form of legally binding documents, which can be customized based on the specific needs of each user, via a system based on dynamic software.
All legal documents are produced with the help of legal experts and modeled in Avtal24’s intelligent database.
Founded in 2004, Avtal24 launched version 2.0 of its platform earlier this year.
