Allurity, a Stockholm, Sweden-based a group of tech-enabled cybersecurity companies, acquired Security Research Labs (SRLabs), a globally cyber consultancy company based in Berlin, Germany and Hong Kong.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Allurity will take a step in its journey of building a player in tech-enabled cybersecurity services in Europe, meeting the needs of organizations worldwide in search of advanced and comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
Led by CEO and Founder Karsten Nohl, SRLabs is a security consultancy company dedicated to researching, assessing, and helping increase hacking resilience globally. It has provided innovative consulting services to Fortune 500 companies across multiple verticals for over a decade.
Led by CEO Frida Westerberg, Allurity is a group of tech-enabled cybersecurity service providers that offer a range of services, from proactive to reactive solutions, to improve data protection and reduce the impact of cybercrime. The group currently comprises Spanish Aiuken, Swedish Arctic Group and ID North, Portuguese CloudComputing, Danish CSIS, Swiss SECURIX and German SRLabs. Currently, the group generates approximately EUR 100 million in revenue, serving customers globally. Its growth strategy is backed by Trill Impact, a Swedish impact investor.
