BeyondTrust, an Atlanta, GA-based company which specializes in intelligent identity and access security, acquired Entitle, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based privilege management solution company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The deal included all Entitle products, employees, customers, partners, assets, and intellectual property. With the acquisition, BeyondTrust further solidifies its Privilege Identity Security platform, expanding beyond traditional privileged access management (PAM) to encompass dynamic, just-in-time access management across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments.
Led by Ron Nissim, CEO, Entitle is a privilege management solution that discovers, manages, and automates just-in-time (JIT) access and modern identity governance and administration (IGA) across the entire cloud estate.
Led by Janine Seebeck, CEO, BeyondTrust provides a security platform that allows to detect threats across customers’ identity estate and respond by controlling privileges, access, credentials, and secrets. It enables a zero-trust approach to least privilege, plus intelligent threat detection, to continuously strengthen the identity security posture.
