Rows, a Porto, Portugal, and Berlin, Germany-based spreadsheet platform provider, raised $8.7m in funding.
The round was led by Indico Capital Partners with participation from existing investors Cherry Ventures, Accel, Lakestar, and Armilar Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations, its business reach, and development efforts.
Founded in 2017 by Torben Schulz and Humberto Ayres Pereira, Rows provides a cloud-based, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered spreadsheet platform that lets anyone solve business challenges using their spreadsheet skills. It supports all the functionality expected from Excel and Sheets, while offering a unique layout, an AI Analyst, and native integrations. Companies such as AWS, Hewlett-Packard, Prisma Media, and Mercado Libre already use it.
Rows offers native integrations with a wide range of marketing and business tools. Users can build campaign reports or business dashboards in no time, with all their data present. Integrations include Notion, Facebook Pages, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Google Analytics, Search Console, LinkedIn and many more, even connecting to a user’s own APIs.
