OneRail, an Orlando, FL-based last mile delivery fulfillment solution provider, acquired Orderbot, a Vancouver, Canada-based provider of a distributed order management (DOM) solution.

This acquisition combines Orderbot’s inventory and order management capabilities with OneRail’s extensive OmniPoint® cloud-based last mile operating system and delivery network.
