NodaFi, a San Francisco, CA-based company which specializes in facility operations platforms, raised $3.5M in Seed funding.

The round was led by Base10 Partners, with additional support from Stage 2 Capital, MKT1, and FJ Labs.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its market presence, enhance product features and grow the team across various functions including product development, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success.

Led by CEO Jacob Pandl, NodaFi provides a cloud-based facility operations platform that optimizes facility management across diverse industries such as self storage, health and wellness, biotechnology, manufacturing, and healthcare. By integrating preventive maintenance, work order management, and asset tracking, the software provides a real-time overview of facility issues, reduces operational costs and ensures adherence to safety protocols in environments ranging from self-storage operations to biotech laboratories. 

Clients include the YMCA, Astellas Therapeutics, and Staples.
