SecureVision, a fiber connectivity provider for resort communities along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast, received an investment from Snowhawk.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Snowhawk will acquire a majority interest in the company, and will provide substantial growth capital for SecureVision to further expand its fiber-based connectivity services to more HOAs, property owners, multifamily building managers and vacation communities in the Southeast.
Led by CEO Robert Kleban, SecureVision is a provider of telecommunications solutions for resort properties and communities along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast offering a range of connectivity services.
Commenting on the news, Robert Kleban said: “We continue to provide people with innovative solutions and support, even as technologies progress at a rapid pace. I’m confident we have built the foundation we need to bring our premier level of service to more communities, and I’m excited to partner with Snowhawk so that we can further improve how these communities connect.”
