Escala, a Miami Beach, FL-based provider of CRM for Marketing and Sales for SMBs in Latin America and the US Hispanic market, raised $12M in funding.
The round was led by IGNIA and Alaya Capital, with participation from High Alpha and other investors.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its features, including advanced WhatsApp integration and Artificial Intelligence, and expand its team dedicated to improving clients’ sales results.
Founded by Andrés Moreno and led by CEO Alfonso Santiago, Escala provides a CRM for Marketing and Sales to enable small and large Hispanic businesses to optimize their growth with integrated tools such as WhatsApp, automations, artificial intelligence, email, and more.
