Zeitview, a Los Angeles, CA-based company providing automated inspection solutions, acquired all of the assets of Clearsight, which specializes in transmission, distribution and substation inspections with integrated AI and analytics.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The majority of the Clearsight team will join Zeitview, and acquisition of Clearsight’s customer relationships in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions will further deepen Zeitview’s national coverage.
With over 200,000 energy and infrastructure assets inspected across 80 countries in 2024, Zeitview is the market leader in automated inspection software and services for renewable energy and infrastructure.
