MiQ, a London, UK-based global programmatic media partner, announced plans to acquire Pathlabs, a Missoula, Montana-based Media Execution Partner (MEP) that provides end-to-end digital media execution services to independent agencies.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Founded in 2021 and led by William Lapointe, CEO, Pathlabs is a Media Execution Partner (MEP) that provides end-to-end digital media execution services to independent agencies. The company delivers service-based solutions and handles all the planning, execution, optimization, analytics, and reporting for agencies.
The acquisition of its business will give opportunities for midsize independent agencies by combining MiQ’s technology and partnerships with Pathlabs’ understanding of this market. Adding to MiQ’s extensive presence with key holding companies, the introduction of Pathlabs now provides the opportunity to deliver programmatic capabilities to clients of all sizes across the U.S.
Led by Co-CEOs Charlie Neer, and Erin Madorsky, MiQ is a tech-enabled programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies. They are experts in data science, analytics, and programmatic trading. MiQ operates globally from 18 offices located across North America, Europe, and APAC.
The acquisition of Pathlabs follows MiQ’s previous deals including Grasp, Samba, and AirGrid.
