WorkHub, a Houston, TX-based vertically-integrated real estate development company, received an investment from Davidson Kempner.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue capitalizing on increased demand in the flexible light industrial sector while simultaneously expanding into attractive new markets and opportunities. It will also help to enhance its foothold in its home market of Houston, where it has a strong track record of seven developed projects since 2015.
