Pylon, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a support platform for B2B companies, raised $17M in Series A funding.
The round, which brought the total amount to $20M, was led by Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others. It also added Jennifer Li to the board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by Marty Kausas, Pylon provides a support platform for B2B companies, which features a ticketing system, B2B omnichannel integrations (Slack Connect, Microsoft Teams), modern chat widget, knowledge base, AI support bot, account management, customer marketing, and more.
