Planview, an Austin, TX-based provider of an end-to-end platform for strategic portfolio management (SPM) and digital product development (DPD), acquired Plutora, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of value stream management (VSM) and software delivery solutions.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Planview will expand its offerings.
