VaLogic Bio, a Frederick, MD-based provider of compliance and SaaS services, acquired Facility Logix, a Burtonsville, MD-based firm specializing in planning, developing, and project management for life sciences facilities.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With this acquisition, VaLogic Bio will leverage Facility Logix’s current service offerings to build a full-service outsourced solutions platform.
Led by CEO and Founder Pat Larrabee, Facility Logix drives growth in science and tech companies and innovation ecosystems by creating long-term client partnerships and delivering technical facility projects and economic development strategies.
Led by CEO Bill Robertson, VaLogic is a GxP compliance platform that offers a wide range of services, including calibration, CQV (Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation), environmental monitoring, and certification.
