Ferovinum Raises £17.5M in Series A Funding

Ferovinum, a London, UK-based providing a growth platform that offers access to capital and supply chain optimisation for the wine and spirits sector, raised £17.5M in Series A funding.

The round was led by Notion Capital, with participation from Shapers VC, Semapa Next and Ferovinum’s existing shareholder group. In conjunction with the funding, Notion’s General Partner Jos White will join the board.

The company intends to use the funds to enter new markets and broaden its product set across funding and the supply chain.

Founded by Mitchel Fowler (CEO) and Daniel Gibney (CFO), Ferovinum is a growth platform that provides funding to the sector and uses its supply chain integration and proprietary trading software to provide tools that increase operational efficiency, optimise ancillary services and connects brands with distributors for more efficient trading and direct market access.

The company is currently working with a range of high-growth customers in the UK drinks industry including Holyrood Distillery, Port of Leith Distillery, Ridgeview Wine Estate, Hundred Hills Winery, and Moth Drinks.
