PropEco, a Glasgow, Scotland, UK-based proptech startup, secured a seed funding of £275k.
The round was led by Symvan Capital with participation from The University of Strathclyde’s Inspire Entrepreneurs Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its business reach.
Led by Founder an CEO Chris Hardman, PropEco is a technology company dedicated to the built environment providing data and analytical tools that enable property professionals, lenders and insurers to manage the impacts of social and environmental trends, including climate change, on property and places.
PropEco focuses on three main factors: transition climate change risks, physical climate change risks and impacts on wellbeing, to provide a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the long-term value and viability of properties and locations.
