Juice Media, a Los Angeles, CA-based omnichannel media and advertising platform, has acquired Mooko Media, an El Segundo, CA-based mobile/social performance agency and Media Design Group (MDG), a Los Angeles, CA-based linear and streaming specialist.

The amount of the deals were not disclosed.

These strategic acquisitions extend Juice Media’s digital marketing capabilities, consolidating its position as a player in media measurement and attribution across growth channels. In 2025, all brands will be operating under the Juice Media brand name and within the Juice Media.ai platform.

Led by Scott Park, President, Mooko has an extensive Fortune 500 client roster across multiple international markets, including the US, Japan and China, and is recognized for its expertise in mobile acquisition performance.

Led by Stacy Durand, Partner and Founder, along with Ben Zimmerman, President and Founding Partner, MDG brings a range of expertise across diverse client categories, with a focus on helping brands thrive in a content-driven world through a media and device-agnostic approach.

Led by Mark Zamuner, President, Juice Media is a provider of a data-driven omnichannel media and advertising platform that combines proprietary technology, strategy, and activation to drive outcome-oriented solutions for advertisers. Its omnichannel approach empowers customers and partners to get the maximum return on their advertising campaigns (aka the most juice for their media).

Juice Media was acquired in 2022 by Altice USA, one of the largest broadband communications and video services providers in the United States, operating several brands including Optimum, Optimum Media and News12.
