PLACE acquires real estate team platform Livian

PLACE, a Bellingham, WA-based real estate industry’s brokerage-inclusive, all-in-one technology, business, and consumer services platform for teams, acquired Livian, a South Burlington, VT-based provider of a team servicing platform.

The amount if the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, PLACE will expand its offerings.

Launched in 2021 by Adam Hergenrother, Livian provides a people-first platform that allows real estate agents and business owners to expand both their businesses and lives.

Co-founded by Ben Kinney and Chris Suarez, PLACE provides an integrated technology, consumer, and business services platform which enables real estate agents and their teams to become efficient, increase profitability, and provide customer added value. In late 2021, the company completed its Series A funding round, raising $100M in a deal led by Goldman Sachs, which resulted in a $1 Billion valuation. Since then, PLACE has continued to grow, bringing on new PLACE Partner real estate teams from various brokerage brands across 49 states and Canada, supported by more than 1,000 employees.
