Bot Auto, a Houston, TX-based autonomous vehicle (AV) technology company, raised $20M in Pre-A funding.
The round was led by Brightway Future Venture, Cherubic Venture, EnvisionX Venture, First Star Venture, Linear Capital, M31 Capital, Taihill Venture, and Uphonest Venture.
Led by CEO and Founder Dr. Xiaodi Hou, Bot Auto develops autonomous trucks for middle mile trucks.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its tech development for the next generation of autonomous trucking that focuses on safety and operation efficiency.
