The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Kamino Retail’s flexible and interoperable solutions, combined with Equativ’s adtech expertise, now enable retailers to benefit from a centralized technology platform that brings together the best of on-site and off-site monetization with access to all demand sources, including programmatic.
