Numa Raises $32M in Series B Funding

Numa, a San Francisco, CA-based AI platform for auto dealerships, raised $32M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Touring Capital, and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. Existing investors Costanoa Ventures, Threshold, and Gradient Ventures, also participated.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its AI engineering team and accelerate its product development.

Led by CEO Tasso Roumeliotis, Numa is creating AI-native dealership by putting intelligent AI agents into every facet of dealership operations, from rescuing customer calls and voicemails that generate more revenue to reducing customer resolution times that drive overall customer satisfaction (CSI) to improving dealership team productivity and accountability.

The company recently strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jason Finkelstein as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing his go-to-market experience in customer service software, AI, and high-growth B2B SaaS businesses to drive Numa’s next phase of growth.

Numa has raised $48M and works with over 600 dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.
