Ocula Technologies, a Belfast and London, UK-based AI-driven eCommerce solution provider, raised £4M in Series a funding.

Backers included NYO Capital and Jose Luis Gomes.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by Thomas McKenna, Ocula provides e-commerce players with a SaaS based boost, customer intelligence and price optimization platform. In conjunction with the funding, the company has launched a new feature designed to enhance eCommerce product copy that creates product pages. The AI-driven tool creates search-optimized, brand-aligned copy at scale, tailored for multi-language support. The system creates tangible revenue uplifts and efficiency gains for brands like AO.com, Blain’s Farm & Fleet, Coty and other known retailers in the US and the UK.

This investment followed £3.25M led by Praetura Ventures in August.
