Vortexa, a London, UK-based provider of real-time global energy and freight analytics solutions, received $25M in Strategic Debt financing from CIBC Innovation Banking.
The deal followed a $34M Series C funding round led by Morgan Stanley to drive further growth in energy and freight analytics.
The company intends to allocate the amount to expand operations and its development efforts.
