Presidio, a NYC-based technology services and solutions provider, announced the strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Contender Solutions, a Tampa, FL-based Elite ServiceNow partner.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This acquisition will expand Presidio’s ServiceNow enterprise software management consulting and implementation offerings that streamline IT operations and increase customer productivity.
