Certinia, an Austin, TX-based provider of Professional Services Automation and Customer Success solutions, received an investment from TA Associates.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. Following the transaction, Haveli Investments will retain a majority position, and existing investors General Atlantic and Salesforce Ventures will continue to hold meaningful stakes in the business.
The company intends to use the funds to support its continued growth and development efforts.
