Loop, a London, UK-based provider of a commerce operations platform, acquired Wonderment, a provider of a proactive customer experience and advanced order tracking platform for Shopify merchants.

The acquisition will enhance the Loop’s commitment to empowering growth-focused e-commerce brands with revenue-driving tools.
