NeuBird, a San Francisco, CA-based creators of Hawkeye, a GenAI empowered ITOps engineer, raised $22.5M in funding.

The round was led by M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, with additional participation from Mayfield, StepStone Group and Prosperity7 Ventures. 

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.

Led by CEO Goutham Rao, NeuBird is improving the use of generative AI for IT operations to address the scarcity in skilled human talent in keeping up with an increasingly complex modern technology stack. With its flagship product, Hawkeye, the company simplifies complex data analysis and offers actionable insights in real-time, empowering companies to innovate faster and more effectively.

The company is also announcing general availability for Hawkeye, an AI teammate set to redefine IT problem-solving by delivering speed, precision, and unmatched ease for tackling complex challenges. Hawkeye is designed to help IT, DevOps, and site reliability teams diagnose and resolve incidents instantly while reducing response time so they can focus on strategic initiatives. Acting as an engineer on your team, Hawkeye interprets IT telemetry and system data from current tools, diving into issues and resolving them as they arise. Hawkeye identifies root causes and provides actionable solutions, enabling enterprises to solve issues in minutes, leading to a significant reduction in spend of IT operational budgets.
