Refresh, a Palo Alto, CA-based developer of a mobile application to deliver an instant dossier about people users meet, raised $10m in financing.
Backers included Redpoint Ventures, Charles River Ventures and Foundation Capital.
Founded in 2011 and led by CEO Bhavin Shah and CTO Paul Tyma, Refresh is developing a mobile application to deliver an instant dossier about the people users know, meet and chance encounter so they can get the most out of every conversation. It connects profiles, photos, statuses and events across social networks and maintains privacy controls. Every dossier is personalized depending on who’s using the app and what the online relationship is between them and the person they are viewing in the app.
Refresh is currently in beta and available for download in the US at the Apple App Store.
The company is hiring.
