Ubiquity Global Services Raises over $4M in Series B Funding

Ubiquity Global ServicesUbiquity Global Services, a New York City-based business process outsourcing organization, raised more than $4m in Series B funding round.

The round was led by existing investor Pritzker/Vlock Family Office. In conjunction with the funding, Elon Boms will join the Board (as a representative from Pritzker/Vlock).

The company intends to use the funds to expand its global presence, to make additional investments in the development of its proprietary technology and to scale operations.

Led by and Ray Iglesias, CEO, and Matt Nyren, president and founder, Ubiquity Global Services offers a variety of global support services.
The company’s solutions include live customer support services, interactive voice response solutions (IVR), multichannel real-time servicing, risk and fraud management services and a variety of digital and physical correspondence services.
Its network includes service delivery locations in the United States, El Salvador and the Philippines.
