3CLogic, a Rockville, MD-based provider of inbound, outbound and blended cloud contact center solutions, closed a $4.2m Series B funding.
The round was led by Blu Venture Investors.
The company intends to use the funds to further expand its offerings and grow its team.
Led by by Raj Sharma, President and CEO, and newly appointed Robert Killory, Chief Customer Officer (CCO), 3CLogic offers a full suite of cloud based inbound, outbound and blended customer interaction channels such as voice, chat, and social media, which integrate with existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, InfusionSoft, SugarCRM, Zoho, Blackbaud, among others.
