Jobmetoo, a Milan, Italy-based online recruitment service dedicated to workers with disabilities, raised a €500k vc funding.
The round was led by 360 Capital Partners, with participation from existing shareholders, identified by the network of U- Start.
The company intends to use the funds for platform development, services extention, marketing and communications activities and structure strengthening.
Founded by Daniel Regolo, an hearing-impaired entrepreneur, and led by newly named CEO Danilo Galeotti and CMO Matteo Venturi, Jobmetoo provides an online recruiting platform that allows companies to select workers with disabilities and promote their inclusion into the job market.
It allows disabled workers to search for a work improvement by filling in the CV and create a detailed profile, look at job positions and apply, and receive job alert messages, as well as accessing to a team of professionals.
The company, which had won the Italian round of the Global Social Venture Competition, was then incubated in JCube and was a finalist in the 360by360 Competition as a company selected by U- Start.
