Altia Systems, a Cupertino, California-based developer of a system for video and web collaboration, raised $10.5m in series B funding.
The round was led by Intel Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop the PanaCast Experience and advance the technology.
Led by Aurangzeb Khan, co-founder and CEO, Altia Systems offers a video and web collaboration service, which consists of a camera, cloud and apps that let users connect via Panoramic-HD video and HD audio, from their smartphones, tablets and personal computers.
The PanaCast camera works with collaboration platforms like Microsoft Lync, Cisco WebEx, Citrix GoToMeeting and Google Hangouts.
