Eutechnyx, a Gateshead, UK-based driving games development company, has received £650,000 from the £125m Finance for Business North East Fund (FBNEF).
The investment was made by the NorthStar Equity Investors (NSEI)-managed North East Accelerator Fund, on behalf of the FBNEF.
The capital infusion will enable the company to continue to innovate, create a new generation of games and hire new professionals. Eutechnyx currently employs over 80 full time programmers, artists, animators and games designers at its offices in England, and a further 28 staff in the Hong Kong office.
