Helpshift, a San Francisco CA-based CRM for mobile apps, closed a $10m Series A financing round.
The round was led by Intel Capital with participation from Visionnaire Ventures and existing investors True Ventures and Nexus Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Susan Choe, managing partner at Visionnaire Ventures, will be joining Helpshift’s board.
The company intends to use the funds to expand in major mobile verticals.
Led by Abinash Tripathy, co-founder and CEO, Helpshift provides a CRM for companies building Mobile apps and smart devices. The platform, which allows mobile publishers to communicate with their customers and directly engage with them in their apps, is installed on over 150 million devices worldwide and is used by mobile companies including Supercell, Glu Mobile, Flipboard and ModCloth.
The company has now raised $13.2m in total.
