Aptomar AS, a Trondheim, Norway-based developer and supplier of technology to the marine and offshore sectors, has raised NOK 35m in equity funding . Investors in the round include Investinor (which took a 15,8% share investing NOK17,5m), Statoil Venture and ProVenture Seed.
In conjunction with the funding, Investinor’s Investment Director Mr Steinar Fossen joins the company’s board of directors.
Aptomar, which currently employs 23 people, delivers technology to vessels, installations, and onshore facilities in the offshore oil and gas industry, to coastguards and other naval applications.
