PLAT.ONE, a Bogliasco (Genoa), Italy-based Enterprise-Grade Application platform for IoT and M2M, has been selected to join the Cisco® Entrepreneurs in Residence (Cisco EIR) program.
Cisco EIR is a startup innovation program that identifies and supports emerging companies focused on solving critical enterprise IT problems strategic to Cisco’s customers. It includes financial support and potential strategic funding, co-working space, mentoring from Cisco executives, and potential opportunities to work with Cisco engineering and product groups as well as Cisco channel partners and customers.
Led by Filippo Murroni, CEO, PLAT.ONE provides a platform for major telecoms, system integrators and global industrial equipment companies to develop and deploy mission-critical, connected solutions ranging from smart products and transportation to smart cities and manufacturing.
Flavio Bonomi, formerly active at Cisco, is currently an advisor to the company.
