Conversion Logic Closes $4M Seed Funding

Conversion Logic, a Los Angeles, CA-based cross-channel attribution platform for the media industry, closed a $4m seed round of funding.

The round was led by Rincon Venture Partners, with participation from Crosscut Ventures, Lerer Hippeau Ventures, TenOneTen, Founder Collective and Raptor Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds for product and technology development, engineering and client services.

Led by COO Alison Lohse and CEO Trevor Testwuide, Conversion Logic provides a SaaS-based platform for CMOs, brand leads and media practitioners to make decisions in managing their multi-channel media campaigns around the world and adapt to changing environments.
The company had raised $1.1m in funding from founding investors including Brian Baumgart (Co-founder/CEO of Gradient X ā€“ acquired by Singtel), Kim Perell (CEO of Adconion Direct ā€“ acquired by Singtel), Evan Rifkin (Co-founder/CEO of Burstly ā€“ acquired by Apple) and Clark Landry (Co-founder/Chairman of Shift).
