Team Ortopedteknik AB, a Jönköping, Sweden-based company which produces, adjusts and sells orthopedic technical aids, has been acquired by Volati AB.
Team Ortopedteknik, which offers a complete range of products and has specialized within arms- and legs prosthesis as well as supporting braces, is located at approximately ten sites within the County Councils of Halland, Jönköping, Kalmar, Kronoberg and Östergötland.
Last year Volati also acquired Olmed Ortopediska, which is active within the same industry.
The two companies will combined have more than 300 employees and a turnover of SEK300M and thereby become the leading suppliers within the industry.
After the acquisition of Team Ortopedteknik, Volati will have approximately 415 employees and a turnover of more than SEK700M.
