pagerduty-logoPagerDuty, a San Francisco, CA-based operations performance management platform provider, acquired Seattle, Washington-based Event Enrichment HQ and its Event Enrichment Platform.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

Led by Ophir Ronen, Co-Founder, and now PagerDuty Product Director, Event Enrichment HQ provides the Event Enrichment Platform (EEP), which allows IT professionals to reduce downtime by enriching actionable events with remediation information.
IT teams using EEP can route, manage, and enrich their alerts without interacting directly with critical production monitoring systems or code.

The acquisition aims to create a combined solution that allows IT operations teams to surface actionable alerts and deliver remediation information to enable busineses to resolve critical incidents faster. PagerDuty now offers a private beta of the Event Enrichment functionality to select customers.

Led by Alex Solomon, CEO and Co-Founder, PagerDuty provides an operations performance platform that aims to increase the uptime of businesses’ applications, services and infrastructure by connecting people, systems and data into a single view across DevOps and Enterprise IT.
The company, which has over 100 platform partners, serves Fortune 500 companies and startups including Adobe, Airbnb, Etsy, GitHub, Intuit, National Instruments, New Relic, Panasonic and Rackspace.
It is backed by leading venture capital firms Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Baseline Ventures, Ignition Partners and others.
