Denver, CO-based private equity firm Revelstoke Capital Partners, LLC completed the fundraising for its first fund at $303m.
Revelstoke Capital Partners Fund I, L.P. and Revelstoke Capital Partners Co-Investment Fund I, L.P., was oversubscribed.
Led by Mark King, Simon Bachleda, and Dale Meyer, the firm invests from $10m to $250m in companies middle market healthcare and business services industries.
Since inception in mid-2013, the firm has raised in excess of $515 million in equity commitments across its various investing entities.
